Role Description/CriteriaSt Monica's College is a Catholic co-educational College (Years 7 - 12) serving the northern suburbs of Melbourne and is governed under the authority of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS).Our College is located on three metropolitan campuses in Epping and Reservoir, and a rural campus, Ostia, in Strath Creek for spiritual retreat. Epping campuses are walking distance from each other and the Epping train station. A vacancy exists for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Leader. This position is full time contract position until the end of the 2025 school year commencing as soon as possible. Possibility of ongoing.Hours of work are 8.00 am to 4.36 pm with one hour for lunch. - Managing the diary and scheduling appointments
- Answering phones and emails
- Handling requests and queries promptly
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Data entry
- Attend meetings to take, transcribe and circulate minutes of meeting
- Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate staff
- Coordinate set up for meetings and events as requested.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- High level of computer skills including extensive experience using an electronic diary management system and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential

- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
