Melbourne Flight Training is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Flight Training Advisor (AFTA) to support Flight Training Advisors (FTAs) and the Sales and Marketing teams. The AFTA manages customer data, tracks leads, assists with follow-ups, and ensures accurate reporting using company-approved software.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing clear and professional communication.
Support FTAs with administrative tasks related to lead management and student inquiries.
Track and manage student inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation in the CRM.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Support
Monitor and update sales pipeline stages in the CRM to reflect real-time progress.
Assist in organizing follow-ups, ensuring no leads go unattended.
Generate reminders and tasks for FTAs regarding outreach, follow-ups, and key interactions.
Enrollment & Student Support
Support enrollment efforts by directing leads to the appropriate FTA or International Recruiter.
Track course enrollments and student progress to assist the flight training department.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting to support retention and student success efforts.
Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with marketing to align CRM data with campaign efforts and target customer segments.
Assist in identifying trends in student inquiries and provide insights for marketing strategies.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company-approved software.
Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance metrics.
Ensure all communication and interactions align with Melbourne Flight Training’s Core Values and customer service standards.
