Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety above all.
- Support the Flight Operations Manager and assist with the execution of all company directives.
- Perform Customer Service related duties as necessary. Including but not limited to the following:
- Answering phone calls, emails and voicemails.
- Assist dispatchers with scheduling flights for student pilots.
- Reconciling daily paperwork and assisting dispatch team with Oil Inventory.
- Manage and reconcile billing daily, to include unpaid reservations and collect as needed.
- Maintain a clean workspace and tidy bathrooms as needed throughout shift.
- Manage customer accounts and assist customers with flight training goals. Communicate customer issues with flight operations leadership.
- Maintain customer profiles, ensuring all required documentation has been obtained.
- Monitor weather on an hourly basis.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended amounts of time.
- In Person position
- Flexible Schedule: 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Hours of Operation: 0630-2200
- Possess a can-do attitude and self-starter mentality.
- Organized Individual
- Holds appropriate customer service experience.
Preferred Capabilities:
- Aviation experience preferred but not required.
- Possess time management skills
Weekends, Evenings, Holidays Required.
