Responsibilities
Client Assistance : Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Bilingual Support : Offer support in both English and a secondary language to accommodate diverse clients.
Policy Management : Assist clients in understanding and managing their insurance policies, including changes, renewals, and claims processing.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Communication : Interact with clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
Problem-solving : Identify and address client concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Knowledge Development : Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to better serve clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Must possess an active Illinois Insurance License.
Language Skills : Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication abilities in both languages.
Experience : Previous experience of at least 2 years in customer service or insurance is preferred.
Customer Focus : Demonstrated ability to prioritize and respond effectively to customer needs and inquiries.
