What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Equipment Operator position at Melgaard Construction?

Melgaard Construction is in need of heavy equipment operators. The primary task will be scraper operation; at least 6 months of experience is preferred. Dozer, Blade, and Loader experience is a plus. These are full time positions. PEC/Safeland, H2S, and First Aid/CRP certifications are required and will be provided to the right candidate.
Excellent safety awareness and safe work practices are required. We offer competitive compensation, depending on experience, and Benefits including health insurance, FSA and 401K with company match.
