Position: Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store KPIs and sales goals.
- A flexible schedule is required including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
- Continually develop personal sales techniques and assist the team in sales techniques to maximize sales.
- Ensure all related policies and procedures are maintained.
- Continuously motivate the sales team to achieve productivity goals.
- Demonstrate fluency in product knowledge and be able to apply it to their team.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by utilizing personal shopper IG and encouraging staff to do the same.
- Support and encourage staff to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Empower self and team to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support the company philosophy.
- Ensure the store is maintained in safety, presentation, and organization in collaboration with the store manager.
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
- Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including bank deposits etc.
- Assist in all areas of stock, and shipping, and participate in inventories as required.
- Ensure staff is properly trained in all sales and operations.
- Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management and the company.
