Melissa is looking for a Data Systems Administrator to serve as a primary point of contact for data system functions, management of backups, data systems updates, and system troubleshooting.

This position is part of a team that manages many servers hosting a variety of database systems.

Requirements / Job Qualifications :
- BS degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. 0-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Linux bash scripting recommended
- Knowledge of Apache Cassandra, Elastic Search, and other NoSQL systems a plus
- Programming experience in C# or Python recommended
- Good written / verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with backup, recovery, and maintenance of database systems
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reside locally
