What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hostess/Host position at Melo’s Pizza and Pasta?

  • Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door.
  • Provide customers with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods.
  • Seat guest.
  • Rotate seating between different server sections.
  • Learn food and beverage menu.
  • Answer phones and place take out orders.
  • Help customers that are picking up take out orders.
  • Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
