Job Description: 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospice Marketer to join our team. As a Hospice Marketer, you will play a critical role in increasing awareness of our hospice services within the community and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential patients and families.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote hospice services and increase brand visibility in the community.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
• Conduct outreach activities, such as networking events, educational seminars, and presentations, to educate referral sources and community members about hospice care and services.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate timely admissions and ensure smooth transitions for patients and families.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics, referral trends, and market data to assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, referral sources, and contacts in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams, including clinical staff, leadership, and administrative staff, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, particularly in the hospice or palliative care industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating leads, and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel within the assigned territory.
