Wax Specialist

MISSION:

To perform wax services based on our unique techniques and be able to provide clients with accurate service education and skincare routines for a diverse clientele. Maintain a 75% prebooking rate with your clients.

OUTCOMES:

• Grow your revenue from services by the 6 month mark.
• Level up to advanced wax level by the 4 month mark.
• Sell $150 in retail per shift.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the studio within clients and team members.
• Create 3-4 pieces of content every week for our social media page.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary treatment room to standard in between every client and our deep cleaning protocols at the end of every shift. Fully restock your room at the end of every shift.

• Friendly and outgoing personality - You must have outstanding bedside manner, conversation skills and attitude within your services with many different personality types of clients. We are here to serve our clients and make sure that they know they are valued, welcomed and taken care of from the moment they walk in the door.
• Attention to detail - Attention to detail needs to be noticed in the services, the cleanliness of your room and client skincare concerns. Every detail matters and will make a big impact on client results and experience when addressed properly.

• High standards - Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing but the best.

• Teamwork - Feels comfortable to reach out to peers for help or help them when needed. We have a small but mighty team so must be able to bring positive energy to our work environment.
• Base knowledge - Must have base knowledge of waxing/skincare and must be willing to learn new protocols and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a current and active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician license.
• We will not interview candidates who are currently in beauty school. Please reapply once you are licensed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be physically in the studio for all shifts.
• Must be available to work a set schedule that is the same every week.
