Job Overview :

Melty Franchising is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Director to develop and lead training programs for franchise owners, managers, and restaurant teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that all franchise locations have the training to operate efficiently, maintain brand standards, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The Training Director will conduct training both in Utah and at individual restaurant locations, requiring frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, improve, develop and implement comprehensive training programs for franchise owners, managers, and team members.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure consistent restaurant operations across all locations.
• Educate franchisees on operational best practices, including restaurant management, customer service, and brand standards.
• Provide hands-on training on Toast POS for order management, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Provide training on our team management platform for employee scheduling, hiring, and payroll management.
• Guide franchisees on effective hiring strategies, onboarding processes, and employee retention.
• Teach leadership and communication skills to ensure smooth restaurant operations and team collaboration.
• Adapt training to meet the needs of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend improvements to training programs.
• Travel regularly to various restaurant locations to provide on-site training and support.
