Sandwich Shop Crew Member Responsibilities

*Warmly greet and engage each guest *Assist guest in selection process *Responsible for accurate cashing, including opening and closing accounting duties *Enter orders into the point of sale (POS) system, collect payment, provide correct change, etc. *Have basic understanding of cooking and serving food, and can read and follow basic recipes and procedures *Measure and assemble ingredients to create melt sandwiches, sauces, sides and desserts *Have ability to operate and/or familiarity working with food slicer and kitchen knife *Embrace and promote all facets of Melty Principles *Exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support all functions at a Melty restaurant
Sandwich Shop Crew Member Qualifications

*No prior experience or training necessary *Previous guest service and/or food & beverage experience preferred *Must be 16 years of age or older *Reliable transportation or reliable use of public transportation *Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $11.00 - $13.00/hour.
