What Does A Customer Enrollment Associate Do?
- Engage directly with customers and clients on a daily basis to effectively showcase Verizon’s product features and benefits
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales contracts, and installation appointments
- Answer customer inquiries in a comprehensive and professional manner, and confidently overturn any objections that may arise during the sales process
- Negotiate sales contracts to ensure customers are receiving services that meet their needs, and sales revenue is being maximized
- Attend training onsite and virtual Customer Enrollment Associate training sessions to sharpen customer service and sales skills
- Monitor customer contact rates and sales data, reporting any feedback on areas of improvement to Senior Management
What Does A Customer Enrollment Associate Need to Succeed?
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
- Customer-centric mindset with a drive for meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Desire to develop new skills both professionally and personally
- Ability to commute to our onsite Melville location
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
