- Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized appropriately.
- Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation using tools like DocuSign.
- Maintain an organized workspace and manage office supplies inventory.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proven customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proficient in clerical tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
