Essential Functions May Include

- Data Entry.
- Open and sort mail.
- Work with providers and members regarding hazard insurance and flood insurance.
- Verify borrower-paid taxes and insurance, impounding for escrow and force placing insurance where needed.
- Assist as needed with annual escrow analysis.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer services via the phone, email, and web messaging.
- Perform other administrative duties and assignments as required or assigned.
- Maintains basic working knowledge of MMS’s products and services.
- Maintain a professional, friendly and helpful relationship with all staff and members.
- Performs all essential job functions and responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
- Observes all MMS guidelines and policies.
- Performs all other projects and duties as assigned.
- Equivalent to a high school education.
- No experience necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to professionally interact with providers, members and colleagues and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, document preparation, and communication.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
