Our Member Services Quality Assurance Offices administers the new account quality control program by verifying the accuracy of all new accounts that are opened or revised. by performing a quality assurance on the checklists. Also maintains a listing of all exceptions and monitors dormant account activity. Strong knowledge and prior use of Microsoft Excel is required, as well as prior experience opening new accounts in a bank or credit union. Requires a HS Diploma/Equivalent as well as 1 to 3 years of related experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
