We're looking for a friendly helpful Customer Service Representative services for our Hollister locations serving our new and existing accounts. Our Customers are the best so the Customer Service Reps primary responsible will be providing effective customer service our customers. The candidate will be trained on all programs and procedures.
Provide Customer Service to New and Existing Customer Base
- Converse with customers by phone/email or in person concerning orders, returns, shipments and products to ensure continuous and consistent customer satisfaction and attention.
- Receive and input phone/fax/e-mail orders and relative data into the computer, call/e-mail customers when necessary to advise of shipment status and /or information necessary to process orders. Make changes to account information and/or cancel orders and backorders according to established company policies and procedures.
Provide Feedback to All Applicable Departments
- Communicate with the Credit Department to resolve disputed credit issues, Warehouse Department to resolve shipping and inventory issues, and Sales Department to meet and exceed the customer’s service expectations.
Provide Support to Outside Sales Team
Provide necessary support to Outside Sales Team in the form of Order Entry, Stocking Request Entry, New Item Setups, New Customer Setups, Contract Pricing Entry as well as item and customer research, other costing & pricing. CSR may also be asked to assist on corporate customer bid projects and other responsibilities as required by the National Sales Manager.

Job Specifications
- Education: High school diploma, or GED; with at least 2‐3 years customer service or related support experience.
- Experience: Experience in customer service or support.
- Skills: Attention to detail is critical. Organizational skills for efficient time and stress management are mandatory. Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal mediums with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts. Exceptional people skills a must. Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunities.
