MEMCO SER is looking for a entry level pipe manufacturer to start ASAP in Channelview TX!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain pipe manufacturing equipment, including extrusion machines, cutting machines, and welding tools.
Fabricate pipes according to technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
Monitor the production process to ensure consistent quality and high production efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Inspect pipes for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before they are shipped out.
Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of production.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Keep accurate records of production output, material usage, and any maintenance performed on equipment.
Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in pipe manufacturing, metalworking, or a similar production environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods during shifts.\
