Project Support Coordinator

Job Overview:
MEMCO is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Support Coordinator to join our team in the Rio Grande Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day project management activities, including scheduling, change orders, purchase orders, billing, and contracts
- Coordinate warranty requests and support efforts to ensure client satisfaction
- Learn and utilize construction technology platforms (such as KeyStyle, PlanGrid, etc.)
- Review and track project drawings, revisions, and submittals
- Attend and take notes during project meetings (pre-construction, on-site, etc.)
- Monitor job production, track labor hours and material costs
- Support quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) documentation
- Perform various administrative and project-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Ability to read and understand construction-related documents
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and solve problems
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
