This unique opportunity requires commitment and integrity from both spouses who serve as flex houseparents. You will reside on-campus with your partner and provide care to a small group of students. Responsibilities include handling various tasks such as driving student vans, managing household expenses, and attending daily devotions with the students. To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
