We are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School, where students from pre-K through 12th grade receive an exceptional career-focused education with housing, meals, and more.

Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing a unique opportunity for couples to join our community and make a lasting impact. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a willingness to support the academic, emotional, and social development of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a nurturing family environment for students
• Administer medication and oversee student health
• Facilitate daily activities and outings
• Support students' academic progress and provide tutoring when needed
• Cultivate positive relationships with students, faculty, and staff

Requirements:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required

Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
