Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Associate to support planning and fulfillment operations for the US market, with a primary focus on our retail and e-commerce business. This highly visible and impactful role will drive operational excellence and help maintain a healthy supply chain for the US market. This role will report to the Head of Supply Chain and partner closely with US Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, other related teams in Korea, and the 3PL warehouse.
Core Accountabilities
- Support the Head of Supply Chain with end-to-end supply demand planning for finished goods and all related components plans that ensure availability of materials or products
- Own 3PL relationship and accountable for fulfillment performance for all sales channels
- Manage all inbound Ocean / Air shipments from Korea to the US and troubleshoot any customs issues or FDA holds
- Own retail PO management and reporting on fulfillment progress to the Head of Supply Chain
- Own end to end process on SPS commerce and Netsuite Oracle
- Own internal Influencer / Marketing orders to ensure all shipments get fulfilled in a timely manner
- Own E-Commerce inventory management and order fulfillment and reporting metrics to the Head of Supply Chain
- Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, quality, inventory turns. Meet or exceed inventory turn metrics
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or provide critical information to support customer service
- Aggressively manage and report E&O inventory and risk
- Work closely with sales and brand development to seamlessly support new product launches for all channels
- Communicate with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams in Korea
- Help build efficient planning and operational processes that will support scaling business
- Own reporting and visibility of regional monthly revenue targets and achievements
