What You'll Do:
- Support assigned departments with all HR Functions including: talent acquisition/recruiting efforts, interview candidates, talent development, employee relations, terminations, build relationships with staff and management team.Â
- Support our recruiting team with organizational needs
- Special projects as assigned
What You'll Bring/Requirements:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and/or employee relations
- Preferred: PHR or SHRM certification(s)
