What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner/Generalist position at Memorial Hospital of Union County?
We are looking for a self-driven human resources professional with healthcare experience to join our HR team at Memorial Health!
What You'll Do:
- Support assigned departments with all HR Functions including: talent acquisition/recruiting efforts, interview candidates, talent development, employee relations, terminations, build relationships with staff and management team.
- Support our recruiting team with organizational needs
- Special projects as assigned
What You'll Bring/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and/or employee relations
- Preferred: PHR or SHRM certification(s)
