Senior Marketing, Project Management, & Outreach Specialist

In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and engagement. As a project management coordinator, you’ll keep exciting initiatives organized and help execute them across Memorial Hospital, the Memorial Health Foundation, and the Memorial Medical Group. You'll ensure teams have everything they need to succeed, overcoming obstacles to meet deadlines and deliver top-notch results. As a key player in outreach, you'll build valuable relationships with community leaders, organize health fairs, and create physician outreach plans that boost service line growth. You’ll also be our go-to for maintaining our online brand reputation, responding to reviews, and keeping our online presence fresh across all platforms. Whether you’re helping coordinate events or working behind the scenes on sponsorships, you’ll make sure everything aligns with our brand and goals. With your expertise, you'll help keep Memorial Health shining as a trusted resource for patients and the community.
Marketing and Project Management- 50%
Work collaboratively with departments within Memorial Health system and directly with the Marketing team to grow volumes, launch and promote services, build brand awareness and educate consumers by implementing marketing strategies. Maintain accurate service line information. Assist in planning and implementing marketing tactics to increase patient acquisition, retention, and engagement. Work closely with internal teams, including clinical staff, key stakeholders, and providers to ensure marketing initiatives support service line and practice goals. Serve as a project management coordinator to plan and execute assigned Marketing, Communications and Advertising (MCA) plans for initiatives that serve all business units of the system including Memorial Hospital, Memorial Health Foundation, and the practices of the Memorial Medical Group. Ensure Marketing team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively. Meet with team members to find and resolve barriers to keep projects on time and meet due dates. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates as needed. Manage deliverable expectations and deadlines. Guide and prioritize incoming and outgoing projects and tasks. Submit deliverables to stakeholders and ensure they meet brand and quality standards. Maintain accurate mailing list files with appropriate filters for use across initiatives.
Outreach - 30%
Collaborate with other hospital team members and community leaders to assist with the planning and execution of community outreach events including health fairs, school programs, and community partnerships. Maintain constructive relationships with community agencies, businesses and partners in order to maximize effective health system engagement. Coordinate community sponsorships, process associated amenities while ensuring brand adherence, and ensure accurate sponsorship records are maintained. Establish physician/provider outreach marketing plans based upon identified organizational priorities and volume growth opportunities. Create and maintain relationships with medical staff, Memorial Medical Group Administration, and service line leadership. Coordinate outreach visits, meetings and communications to expand the Memorial Health service line knowledge to medical communities in our primary, secondary, and targeted service areas. Work with Informatics team to obtain volume reporting for analysis and outcome reports. Present growth opportunities and outreach updates to Marketing Director and members of Memorial Medical Group.
Online Brand Reputation Management - 20%
Conduct brand reputation management by monitoring and responding to online reviews within consumer feedback platform and other third-party sites. Inform impacted department managers and Patient Experience of positive and negative occurrences and respond according to manager and/or Patient Experience direction and organizational brand voice. Collaborate with Risk and Patient Experience, as needed, to ensure HIPAA and other compliance standards are met, maintained, and evaluated with the response process. Complete reputation review requesting tasks for employed provider base and report of key performance indicators to Marketing Director and practice managers. Ensure and update accurate information for the system’s entities digitally through various channels including, but not limited to Google Business Profiles, search engine results, and online directories.
Event Assistance - 10%
Work collaboratively with teams to assist with planning and carry through of system events, adhering to current brand standards. Events may include groundbreakings, open houses, fundraising events, etc. as sponsored by the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or business equivalent; or clinical/medical degree with experience in business fields. At least five years of experience required, preferably within health care or related industry.
