Job Summary:
The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of Memorial’s benefits programs. They work closely with the human resources team and are responsible for advanced problem resolution and deals extensively with leaders, consultants, and vendors to resolve issues. The Benefits Coordinator manages projects designed to increase efficiency and promote customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or other field of study
Experience: Four (4) years direct experience in conducting research, data analysis and analyzing benefit programs, with experience in administering employee benefits and retirement programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business
Certification: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
