What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Health Nurse - Employee Health Services - Days - FT - Biloxi Location position at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport?
Provides employee health services for employees, physicians, volunteers and contract staff to include screenings, immunizations, and illness reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university state with a degree in nursing.
Licensure: Current Mississippi RN license or temporary permit for same (valid for 90 days only) or compact license. Certified, or eligible for certification, within one month of employment in TB surveillance/testing.
Experience: Three (3) years in Med/Surg, Community Health or Emergency Department Setting.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Understanding and teaching of concepts of Infection Control and Occupational Health.
