Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to residents, consulting with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, and interpreting diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care to residents, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify potential risks and provide proactive interventions.
- Document resident care and progress accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited, state-approved school of nursing.
- Current Mississippi RN license, MS 90-day temporary permit, or Compact state RN license.
- One year of clinical experience in a nursing center setting (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
