About the Role:
As a Licensed Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skilled care to patients in their homes. This includes working collaboratively with our RNs to develop and implement patient-specific care plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure all patient needs are met, and documenting care delivery daily in our EMR system.
