The Payroll Assistant position is a part-time role, responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Memory Training Centers of Florida payroll. The main responsibilities of the payroll assistant are:
- Process payroll for contractors.
- Create blank, sample invoices for new clinicians, and assist with invoices as new clinicians are learning the system.
- Keep clinicians informed of due dates and create payroll schedules
- Connect with contractors to resolve any invoice issues and assist with making any necessary corrections.
- Complete charge slips for new clinicians
- Train clinicians on how to do charge slips, manage EHR lockouts etc.
- Manage and track PTO to make sure everything’s up to date.
- Maintain accuracy in clinician’s payroll
- Support new clinicians
- Build strong communication with clinicians
