The Opportunity :
The Memphis Grizzlies are currently looking to hire AV Technicians to provide AV support to Event Operations, Broadcast, and incoming event personnel to provide Audio / Visual support and communications for production.
In This Role You Will :
- Assist with set-up and installation of equipment, such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing board for events, games, meetings, concerts, and other presentations;
- Ensure Digital Signage at FEF is operating at optimum capability and displaying proper material;
- Monitor sound and audio feeds as appropriate per event, ensuring quality production;
- Alert Technical staff of any issues that may occur during show;
- Ensure the safe use, transfer, and / or shipment of equipment;
- Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor;
- Promote teamwork and quality service through regular communications and coordination with on-site and off-site Broadcast team members, other departments, and event management;
- Other duties as applies.
