Purpose and Scope
Work involves supporting the HR Talent & Support team in the hiring of all school and district-based employees.
Essential Job Functions

1. Supports with the efforts to staff MSCS’s traditional and turnaround schools with a quality teaching pool underpinned by continuous improvement; supports in development and implementation of a comprehensive, inclusive, and creative support plan aimed at improving the overall student experience.2. Supports in the determination of successful recruitment efforts to effectively plan year over year. 3. Supports the goals, plans and progress of the district pipelines, and retention on a consistent basis.4. May prepare statistical information in the form of a PowerPoint presentation and/or formal report.5. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure a data-driven approach to meeting district-wide needs of professional staff. 6. Communicates and supports staff with organizational development implementation and evaluation outcomes. 7. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in human resources, educational administration, curriculum development, training development or related behavioral sciences required PLUS a minimum of two (2) years of related experience OR a combination of equivalent education and/or directly relevant experience for a total of six (6) years.
(PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED).
Degree Equivalency Formula:Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
