Position Summary:

We are seeking an experience Civil Project Engineer with a Florida P.E. license to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to managing technical aspects of site development and infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet Menadier Engineering's high standards for quality, compliance, and efficiency. The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for all stages of design, permitting, and construction support, working closely with clients and regulatory bodies to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop site layouts, grading plans, and utility infrastructure designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and produce detailed engineering plans and construction documents.
• Manage permitting with local and state agencies, ensuring compliance with Florida regulations.
• Conduct hydrology studies and design stormwater management solutions using industry-standard modeling software.
• Provide oversight during the construction phase, conducting site visits and resolving any technical issues that arise.
• Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and ensure the technical accuracy of deliverables, including drawings, reports, and calculations.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida (required).
• Minimum of 4 years of civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on site design, stormwater management, and permitting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling programs, and other relevant engineering software.
• Knowledge of Florida permitting processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
