Hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) and no weekends.
The Human Resources Office Assistant is responsible for providing day to day support to the Eau Claire Distribution Center HR Team. Available to answer questions on various HR related topics, and effectively communicate with applicants, managers and team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintaining calendars and scheduling for various meetings
- Edit time cards daily to ensure error-free payroll
- Communicating with applicants and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and answering their questions
- Keep organizational spreadsheets up-to-date
- Maintaining and filing Team Member’s electronic personnel and training files
- Complete requests for employment verifications
- General office work, such as filing, photocopying, processing mail and file maintenance
