Job Summary :
Meneses Law is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing various marketing projects and campaigns. This position involves coordinating with external vendors and media partners to drive marketing initiatives. The coordinator will also work closely with Radar Advertising to implement and optimize campaigns. Additionally, the role includes overseeing AI driven marketing projects, requiring collaboration with internal teams to integrate innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and adept at managing multiple projects to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage various marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating with external vendors and partners.
- Manage partnership agreements with external media partners, ensuring mutual goals and deliverables are met.
- Work closely with Radar Advertising to coordinate and implement marketing campaigns. Training will be provided to effectively collaborate with this partner.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI driven strategies and technologies into marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and tools, recommending innovations to enhance marketing strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to drive project success.
- Maintain organized records of projects timelines, budgets, and vendor communications.
- Prepare and present regular reports on projects status, partnership performance, and campaign outcomes.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
