About the role
In this role as a Brand Partnerships Manager at Chime, you'll be part of a tenacious brand marketing team aspiring to shape Chime into a cultural icon. You'll dive headfirst into the vibrant process of crafting and enlivening partnerships with renowned sports, entertainment, and lifestyle brands, as well as a diverse mix of influencers, creators, and celebrities. Reporting to highly acclaimed marketers, who are as invested in your professional advancement as they are in the brand's triumph, you'll propel your career and Chime's marketplace presence simultaneously.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $82,620 and up to $114,800. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Partner with cross-functional Marketing teams to carry out partnership campaigns and activations. Implement engagement strategies for partner audiences across different channels, and facilitate ongoing communication between partners and internal teams throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Identify and cultivate potential partnership opportunities through thorough market research and strategic relationship building. Ensure each partnership aligns with Chime's brand values and contributes to our position as a culture-driven household name.
- Evaluate potential partnerships to ensure strong brand synergy and audience relevance. Work with Brand Creative teams to craft consistent pitch materials, upholding Chime's distinct brand messaging and culture-centric ethos. Keep abreast of cultural trends to provide informed advice on brand alignment for prospective partnerships.
- Support and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as first line support to Partnerships lead. Facilitate regular meetings to report on activities and swiftly resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
