The Problems You'll Solve

- Identify new product / market opportunities by deeply understanding customer pain points, needs and motivations as well as the competitive landscape i.e. through a mix of primary and secondary research
- Define product and service concepts including features, workflows to get customer feedback and iterate to define an MVP
- Work with product and business leaders to develop a business case for the product
- Work with product leaders to define early product roadmap for testing product market fit
- Work with designers to define product mockups, concepts to test with customers to get product feedback
- Facilitate and influence decision making on scaling the product
The Team You'll Work With
You’ll be joining our Strategy & Business Operations. The Strategy & Business Operations team partners with Carta’s c-suite to drive Carta’s strategy, identify opportunities for organic and inorganic growth and investment, and drive innovation and best-in-class execution across teams to accelerate our path to $1bn in annual revenue.

Salary
Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary commission if applicable) range for this role is : $232,000 - $290,000 in San Francisco and New York. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
