What you’ll do :

• Ownership of the roadmap for strategic growth initiatives for new products.
• Track program risks, help drive mitigations, and represent status to the broader leadership team.
• Own product end to end for products or features with moderate level of complexity and scope, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy including technical vision and capabilities.
• Develop a good technical understanding of the solutions to proactively identify new opportunities for product application & creative ways to mitigate technical challenges.
• Stay up to date with industry and business : marketing trends, customer demographics, technical advances, and competition.
• Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to implement UI / UX best practices and design principles.
• Collaborate with Merchandising / Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
• Implement product development strategies that are process-oriented and focused on scalability and sustainability.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, including executives.
• Outline product requirements at an L0 level for autonomous electro-mechanical systems, UI / UX, etc.
• Guide teams to break down L0 complex product requirements into L1 through Component Level Requirements.
