- Offer timely assistance to users, addressing service requests and recording all interactions.
- Identify and solve issues affecting computer or network devices, equipment, and systems.
- Analyze service request data to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggest changes.
- Accurately record user information, encompassing name, department, contact details, issue description, and solution.
- Regularly attend team-level meetings and monthly administration gatherings.
- Leverage documentation, peer input, and available resources to address issues promptly.
- Built strong relationships with clients, prioritize concerns, and escalate when needed.
- Maintain strict adherence to SLAs and report any discrepancies.
- Arrange for the transport and return of faulty devices for repair.
