The role plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Albert for both new and renewing customers. It requires the ability to work independently on multiple concurrent, complex projects while also collaborating effectively with teammates and customers. The System Admin – Implementations will lead issue resolution, proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of customer success during implementation.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties And Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, maintain, and ensure the stability of client environments during Albert implementations.
- Provide hands-on system administration support, system maintenance, and operational support for Albert deployments.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware, software, servers, networks, and configurations across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Collect and interpret diagnostic data and errors to troubleshoot deployments.
- Provide technical specifications, detailed documentation, and diagrams post implementation.
- Manage user requests, including ticket queue management, until clients are transitioned to ongoing support.
- Design and implement automated deployment technologies to reduce implementation time.
- Lead special technology projects involving the research and implementation of new technologies and best practices.
- Conduct testing and evaluations of systems and configurations to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and consistency of IT solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience working in enterprise environments.
- Experience using automated deployment and maintenance technologies.
- Proven ability to implement solutions with minimal to no direct supervision.
