What are the responsibilities and job description for the Household Team Member - Part-time 6a-230p position at Menno-Haven Inc?
Menno Haven is seeking a full-time Household Team Member to join our team! Our Household Team Members work collaboratively to create a home-like environment and encourage resident involvement. The Memory Care Homes at Menno Haven are designed for individuals who may have dementia and are in need of a safe, secure, family-centered environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide personalized care and support in our Memory Care Houses
- Assist with daily activities of living, dining, housekeeping, and programming
- Create a home-like environment for residents with dementia
- Work collaboratively in a person-centered setting
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active PA CNA license (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Healthcare or senior living experience (highly desirable)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player
- Weekend/holiday rotation required
- Willingness to obtain Certified Medication Technician Certification.
