About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet and Logistics Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Fleet and Logistics operations, ensuring the smooth running of our vehicle and equipment management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle and equipment documentation, including titles, registrations, insurances, and maintenance records.
- Coding and processing department invoices.
- Managing mobile communication devices for volunteers and staff.
- Supporting warehouse operations, including receiving and processing donations.
- Shipping supplies to MDS projects and coordinating returns.
- Providing logistical support to project leaders.
- Assisting with budgeting and financial planning for fleet and logistics operations.
