Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing assistance across different departments.

Responsibilities

• This is a sworn position performing law enforcement functions in Menominee County. Primary enforcement of Chapter 30 of the Wisconsin State Statutes along with local ordinances
• Assist in conflict management by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions
• Handle first aid situations as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct surveillance and assist with criminal investigations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and communications.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• U.S. Citizen, minimum age 21
• Driver license
• Good driving record
• Good physical condition
• Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification
• High School diploma
• 60 college credits
• Associate degree
• Ability to possess a firearm
• No felony convictions
• No domestic abuse convictions
• Vision correctable to 20/20
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• React quickly and effectively to stressful situations
• Able to work evening, weekends and holidays
