Mental Health Agency is currently accepting applications for full time Case Managers to provide community based behavioral health services.
Responsibilities:
* To provide community based mental health services to clients as requested.
* To provide therapeutic interventions to the identified client in order to enhance the client's optimal functioning and interactions in the home and the community.
* To continually assess client needs and appropriateness.
* To complete and submit all documentation on time.
A well-qualified applicant must have a Bachelor's degree, Masters degree and/or prior experience working in community mental health.
School based experience is a plus
