- Handle rent collection, evictions, and tenant complaints
- Ensure property is well-maintained and adheres to all regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
