We are seeking a Registered Nurse to manage the nursing admission process at our Residential Health Care Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients for appropriateness of admission
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance resident care and satisfaction
• Manage the nursing admission process
Qualifications:
• Valid Minnesota RN licensure
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Prior admissions/intake experience
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or subacute settings
• Knowledge of MDS, payer systems, and contracts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
