Director of Men's and Women's Health

Job Purpose: The Director of Pelvic Health, a licensed OT or PT, leads the Pelvic Health program, ensuring quality, cost-effective care across outpatient satellites. Collaborates with staff and medical directors to align program goals with hospital objectives and oversees marketing for program development.

Job Summary

• Provides patient care 75% of the week, focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction and lymphedema.
• Develops and implements clinical programs.
• Coordinates marketing with sales and strategic planning teams.
• Manages hiring and supervision of staff in Mens & Womens Health Centers.
• Assists in scheduling and quality improvement activities.
• Develops capital budgets and reviews compliance with budgetary information.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current OT or PT license from NH/MA.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical/management experience.
• Leadership and effective communication skills.
• Must work full-time, 32-40 hours per week, including two evenings.
