Occupational Therapist I

Responsibilities

Seeking an Occupational Therapist responsible for assessment, treatment planning, and execution of therapy services based on patient needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Maintaining patient care documentation.
• Managing a patient caseload and meeting productivity expectations.
• Participating in patient care staffing and safety oversight.
• Attending program staff meetings and contributing to program goals.
  
  

Minimum requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, less than three years of licensure, and successful completion of the NBCOT exam. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in North Carolina and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing education and teamwork.
