What You’ll Do
- Keep the kauhale housing facility clean and safe, including hallways, offices, and shared spaces
- Maintain restrooms, refill supplies, and ensure sanitation standards are met
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing fixtures, and light painting
- Support floor care (sweeping, mopping, buffing, etc.)
- Monitor supplies and report needs to the Program Director
- Work as part of a caring, supportive team in a mission-driven organization
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years of custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment
- Compassion for working with individuals with mental health challenges
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Licenses & Certifications (Required for Some Locations)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB clearance
