Duties

- Oversee staff training and development initiatives to enhance clinical competencies.

Qualifications
- Fully licensed LPC with supervision capabilities.
- Proven experience in mental health outpatient or inpatient management or medical management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of accreditation processes and standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.
