Clinical Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient mental healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare management and medical practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with JCO standards and enhancing the quality of patient care while managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Duties

• Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient services.
• Oversee staff training and development initiatives to enhance clinical competencies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with JCO standards.
• Provide guidance and support in clinical decision-making processes.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LPC with supervision capabilities.
• Proven experience in mental health outpatient or inpatient management or medical management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of accreditation processes and standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that enhance patient care quality.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
